About this project

JPS Jumbo Partition Systems delivered a large-scale internal separation wall installation at 2–3 Chalkmill Drive, Enfield, creating robust, high-performance divisions within a commercial industrial unit. The project required the construction of very high partition walls to separate proposed units while meeting stringent fire and acoustic requirements.

Using the JPS60FS Jumbo Partition System, the installation provided a durable and compliant solution suitable for high-bay warehouse environments. The partitions were constructed to significant heights and finished to a smooth white painted finish on both sides, delivering both functional performance and a clean visual appearance.

Scope of Works

The works involved the installation of two large-scale high-bay partition walls to subdivide the existing building into separate operational units.

These installations required specialist high-level construction methods including powered access equipment to safely build partitions at significant heights within the warehouse environment.

Long uninterrupted wall runs were engineered to maintain stability while allowing for building movement through deflection head details.
