JPS Jumbo Partition Systems delivered a large-scale warehouse subdivision project at Halesfield 20, Telford (TF7 4QU). The project involved the installation of multiple high-performance internal dividing walls across several industrial buildings to create flexible, lettable warehouse units while meeting fire and acoustic performance requirements.

Using the JPS60FS Jumbo Partition System, the installation provided a robust and compliant solution designed specifically for high-bay industrial environments. The partitions were engineered to deliver fire resistance, acoustic separation, and structural durability suitable for long-term commercial use.

Scope of Works

The development consisted of multiple industrial warehouse buildings, each subdivided using the JPS jumbo partition system to create separate commercial units.

Across the site, numerous internal partition walls were installed including:

• Building 1: Walls A, B and C
• Building 2: Walls D through J
• Building 3: Walls K through Q

These partitions created a series of independent warehouse units within the larger buildings, allowing the developer to maximise flexibility for future tenants.

Due to the scale of the buildings and the height of the structures, specialist installation methods and powered access equipment were used to safely construct the partitions.

Challenges & Solutions

Large Multi-Building Development

The project required coordination across three separate industrial buildings, each requiring multiple partitions installed in sequence while other construction works progressed.
